For your first access to the system, you will need to obtain a valid temporary user id and password from your administrator. Without that information, you will not be able to proceed.

When you have entered a valid temporary user id and password, you will be directed to a process where you will:-

• Select a permanent user id of your own choosing
• 6-8 characters, must not be a duplicate
• Select a new password of your own choosing
• Minimum length as defined by your Administrator
• Define two challenge questions and answers to confirm your identity if you have forgotten your password
• Select questions which are easy for you to answer but difficult for someone else to guess
• There are checks to verify that your answers are not embedded in the questions

For subsequence access, enter your permanent user id and password and you will be directed to the applications.

If you wish to change your password, select the "Do you want to change your password" option. Enter the user id and current password then a new password (twice to confirm it). You should select a password that you have not used before. There are limits on reusing old passwords.

If your password has expired you will be directed to "Change your password" as described above.

If you have forgotten your password, select the "Did you forget your password" option. You will be given the opportunity to confirm your identity by answering your personal challenge questions. You will then be required to create a new password.

Invalid access attempts are counted and result in the user ids being locked. Unlocking of these accounts will require communication with your administrator.
